I am putting together as many scrollwork cats as I can for Mother’s Day and one of these is this charming little Green Quilled Scrollwork Cat. Every year I get behind on orders during the major holidays and this year I’m being proactive!
Here is a green kitty I made a couple of nights ago. I was using up the tail end of a pack of paper and wasn’t sure if I’d like it. I think he looks very “St. Patty’s Day!” I would link where I bought the paper, but I cannot for the life of me remember where I bought it. I am almost certain it was through Quilled Creations as for the first couple of years I quilled, they were my primary supplier.
So, it was most likely the Two-Toned Paper as it’s green on both sides, but one side is darker. It’s actually really nice when made into coils.
This St. Patty’s Day inspired Green Quilled Scrollwork Cat is available for adoption. And, if green isn’t your thing, maybe another kitty would be the purrfect addition to your family. My Etsy shop now has two separate cat sections: Scrollwork and Fat Cats (the new design line). Before you head off to Esty or other fun places on the internet, check out the Scrollwork Cat Gallery.
